Training Methodology
Komodo's Train the Trainer approach allows for users to see the system in full swing and then actually practice in a sandbox environment without the worry of affecting metrics or patient information.
Each scenario will be demonstrated to users and then each participant will be expected to login and complete the scenario based for them selves! (Don't worry, we'll give you steps for each scenario.)
As you prepare for your live training sessions, make sure you have the below resources at hand to help you through the week ahead.

Be sure your schedule is blocked accordingly.
We will have multiple short breaks for each session, but users should expect to be fully engaged in system training during the designated times.
Scenario Workbook
Scenario Workbook
Throughout the live training we will demo several scenarios that are relevant to your day-to-day use. You will then be expected to complete each scenario in session using the Scenario Workbook as a guide.
You will be able to use the workbook as a guide as you learn the new system.
